What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with RVP and TSRs to boost sales of Tarkett products through strategic accounts - Evaluate the customer base to determine optimal service models - Forecast project specifications and large volume opportunities - Conduct product knowledge presentations for various stakeholders - Create and maintain effective business plans for corporate partners and end-user opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience - Strong entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit - Excellent communication and collaborative skills - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in launching products at key accounts - Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights - Assertive with a commitment to planning and organization - Attention to detail and persuasive communication skills - Willingness to travel overnight (50%-75%)
