Lead a global sales strategy to accelerate growth across the division's portfolio Set regional goals and develop sales metrics to meet annual targets Create financial plans and workforce projections for the commercial department Engage with customers to align their needs with the company's value proposition Attract, mentor, and retain top commercial talent globally What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in global sales within life sciences and people management Proven leadership in developing and implementing global sales plans Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce) for managing sales activities Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships in complex organizations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
