Define and lead the Sales Excellence strategy to drive execution and performance across the global sales team Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives Drive implementation of sales methodologies and processes in partnership with Sales Operations and Product Marketing Oversee the rollout of sales tools and CRM enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance selling effectiveness Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign execution What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA required; Master's or MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Excellence roles within global B2B organizations Proven experience leading field sales teams and driving measurable improvements in sales productivity Strong background in sales process design and performance optimization Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
