What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales productivity strategy that aligns technology investments with business objectives and revenue goals
Lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists, fostering their professional growth while driving organizational change
Own the technology stack roadmap for the GTM organization, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of various sales tools
Establish KPIs and build executive dashboards that measure productivity impact and seller performance trends
Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of productivity solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or revenue enablement, with at least 3 years in people management
Track record of leading enterprise-wide transformations and technology implementations in high-growth SaaS environments
Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across complex organizations
Expertise in building and scaling sales productivity functions, including team development and budget management
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Advanced proficiency in modern sales technology ecosystems (Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, Outreach/Salesloft, Highspot/Showpad)
Strong analytical capabilities with experience building predictive models and ROI analyses using SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI
Strategic mindset with proven ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution and quick wins
