Focus on the technical development and financial execution of the Sentinel Support Equipment scope. Represent the Support and Training (S&T) organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues on complex projects. Act as an advisor to leadership and customers, and mentor/train subordinates. Identify and address program risks and opportunities. Mentor staff in problem solving; facilitate technical solutions; provide staff with appropriate resources. Remove process or programmatic blockers and ensure performance against schedules. Leverage extensive background across the Support Equipment product development life-cycle. Support areas include OPSCON, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTAs), requirements development/definition, and design reviews with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders. Operate in high-pressure and changing environments with strong engineering judgment for real-world applications. Position Benefits

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field from an accredited university plus 6 years of related experience, or a Master’s Degree in a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience. U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance (investigation date within the last 6 years). 1+ years’ experience leading a project or driving performance against schedule. 6 years of experience with Support Equipment hardware development for aircraft/aerospace programs (requirements generation, conceptual/detail design, design reviews, and/or testing). Experience with SE requirements analysis, trade studies, SERD generation, design solutions, acquisition, testing and validation. Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have

Experience in other Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines (SERD/MTA development). Experience with Systems Engineering tools (CAMEO/DOORS) and architecture. 3D design/2D drawing CAD in NX; PDM and/or CPLM proficiency. GD&T and ASME Y14.5-2009 proficiency. Experience coordinating with PM&P, Safety, Human Factors, and other stakeholders; experience leading a team of engineers. EVMS experience or EVMS Certification; hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, fabrication, assembly, and measuring tools. Strong written and verbal communications and the ability to read and understand technical requirements documents. Salary and Conditions

Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00. The above salary range is a guideline and factors such as scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions are considered. Some positions may include overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus. Long-term incentives may apply for Vice President or Director roles. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and PTO.
