We’re hiring a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) !
Salary Range: $50K/25K-$85K/50K (base and commission)
based on experience. Wellness Coach is a fast-growing tech company doing wellness with true differentiators in the market. We’re looking for a
scrappy, motivated SDR
who can help us track down leads, qualify opportunities, and support our growing sales team as we capture this expanding market. If you thrive in a

mission-driven team with serious momentum , this is your chance. What You’ll Do
Prospect & Qualify:
Research and identify target accounts, initiate contact through calls, email, and LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. SMB Sales:
Take ownership of smaller opportunities, running the process from demo to close. Support Self-Service Clients:
Provide light-touch onboarding and support to ensure these clients get maximum value. Sales Operations:
Keep HubSpot clean and up to date, maintain reporting dashboards, and help streamline sales processes. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with AEs and Marketing on outbound campaigns and demand gen initiatives. What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in SDR, inside sales, or B2B client-facing roles (SaaS/HR tech a plus) Experience in
broker or referral-based sales
is a strong plus Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and ready to hustle Strong communicator who stays organized under pressure Passion for wellness and creating healthier workplaces A
