KPMG US KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Technology Innovation, AI Solutions to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business enablement teams to understand their operational needs and strategic goals; align GenAI initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that technology solutions enhance operational processes Work closely with business stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases that can drive process transformations; analyze existing workflows, pinpoint pain points, and propose innovative GenAI solutions Facilitate communication between the Generative AI team and business units; advocate for GenAI adoption, educate stakeholders on its benefits, and address any concerns or misconceptions around the technology Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions for specific business processes; collaborate with our experience team, Enterprise Technology Enablement Team and other domain experts to develop and deploy effective GenAI solutions Establish guidelines for responsible GenAI usage; ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards; monitor performance, address biases, and maintain transparency in GenAI-enabled processes Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum ten years of recent technology experience, which includes experience in Solution architecture, application development, data science, machine learning and cloud technologies; minimum two years of recent experience in artificial intelligence Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required Strong leadership skills, with experience managing team of developers, onshore and offshore Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations with the capability to apply multiple AI solutions to business problems Experience in developing proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes; quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new Gen AI technologies Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners; capable of setting goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; able to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
