Responsibilities
Collaborate with business enablement teams to understand operational needs and align GenAI initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring technology solutions enhance processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases that drive process transformations; analyze workflows, pinpoint pain points, and propose innovative solutions.
Facilitate communication between the Generative AI team and business units, advocate adoption, educate stakeholders, and address concerns or misconceptions.
Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions for specific processes, collaborating with experience teams, Enterprise Technology Enablement, and domain experts.
Establish guidelines for responsible GenAI usage, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards; monitor performance, address biases, and maintain transparency.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent technology experience, including solution architecture, application development, data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies; at least two years of recent experience in artificial intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of developers, both onshore and offshore.
Ability to understand long‑term and short‑term perspectives and apply multiple AI solutions to business problems.
Experience developing proof‑of‑concept projects and prototypes; quickly comprehend new Gen AI technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; experience driving a customer‑service‑oriented, cross‑functional environment and influencing organizational priorities.
