FDJ Senior Analyst with Security Clearance

Position Overview: The FDJ Senior Analyst provides Army G-8 leadership with expert support in requirements determination, acquisition, and modernization. Serving as a trusted advisor to Army senior leaders and requirements stakeholders, this role ensures compliance with JCIDS, ACIDS, and CCIDS standards while aligning modernization, rapid prototyping, and fielding initiatives with strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: Requirements and Acquisition Oversight Apply JCIDS (AR 71-9, CJCSI 3170.01) and Defense Acquisition System (DoDI 5000.2) policies and procedures. Review, analyze, and prepare recommendations on Army and Joint requirements documents (ICDs, CDDs, A-CDDs, IS-ICDs, IS-CDDs, CDD-Us, DCRs, ONS). Support boards and councils (AROC, JROC, JCB, FCB, ARB, ACB, AWG) by developing analysis, positions, and decision support for senior leaders. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Extract and analyze data from Army equipping/resource systems (AE2S-M, CAMS, LAQA, ETR, LQA, cQUIP, AESIP, ECOP, FMSWeb, cPROBE). Build and employ Business Intelligence/automation tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, MS 365) to support force development and reporting. Manage and integrate information in KMDS/CAMS for assigned portfolios. Program and Resource Management Support Army programming, budgeting, and execution (POM, PPBE, SPAR). Develop and present investment and funding options, prioritizing RDT&E and procurement resources. Validate AAO/APO requirements and assess resource impacts of Program Decision Memoranda and congressional actions. Force Development and Modernization Provide analysis, options, and recommendations on modernization, rapid prototyping/fielding, and force capability development. Assess outcomes of new methods, policies, and modernization priorities (ReARMM, MDO, AimPoint, NDS). Synchronize and integrate current and future requirements to best meet Army and Joint warfighting needs. Leadership Support and Coordination Prepare DCS G-8 and DOM leaders for requirements forums, ensuring products align with SOPs and standards. Advise AROC Working Groups, ARBs, ACBs, AROCs, FCBs, JCBs, and JROCs on JCIDS/ACIDS policies and requirements processes. Support setup and execution of boards, councils, and reviews, providing EXSUMs, JROCMs/AROCMs, and approval documentation. Strategic Communication and Documentation Develop and review requirements policy options, staffing packages, and senior leader briefing materials. Provide EXSUMs, information papers, and mission analysis briefs to inform decision-making. Communicate requirements status throughout the approval process and provide feedback for process refinement. Subject Matter Expertise Serve as a policy and process advisor on JCIDS, ACIDS, and related Army and Joint requirements procedures. Conduct mission analysis of emerging requirements and prepare approval documentation for Army and Joint senior leaders. Support DOM divisions and stakeholders by advising on briefing content, structure, and standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or Engineering field A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties; TS/SCI Clearance Ability to provide expert advice and support to Army Senior Leaders in support of both Joint/Army requirements processes to include participation Joint/Army led requirements forums Ability to coordinate, develop, and integrate options based on JCIDS/CCIDS/ACIDS standards, studies, and analyses regarding the development of warfighting capability requirements, force modernization, and support rapid prototyping/fielding efforts led by ASA/ALT. Interdisciplinary skill set of PPBE, DOD acquisition processes and procedures (DoDI 5000.2) as well as expertise with materiel and /or force structure requirements development and validation (JCIDS).
