Defend clients in personal injury, property damage, and liability claims Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances Analyze case strategy and communicate regularly with clients and carriers Ensure compliance with deadlines and court protocols Qualifications
