Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Our client is seeking a strategic finance leader to oversee enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and investment analysis across both regulated and commercial operations. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, optimize capital deployment, and support regulatory initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting across business units
Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to support strategic decisions
Support regulatory filings and strategic price planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis
Collaborate with operations, treasury, and compliance teams to align financial strategy with business goals
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify cost efficiencies
Guide investment decisions through capital planning and scenario modeling
Mentor and manage a high-performing FP&A team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
10+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 5+ years in FP&A within a regulated industry (telecom, infrastructure, or similar)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with executive leadership
Experience with financial systems, automation tools, and continuous process improvement
