What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prospect and present Heartland Payments solutions to business owners and Financial Institution (FI) partners Maintain and build relationships with assigned FI branch locations through regular visits and communication Utilize Atlas CRM and Salesforce for client relationship management and sales presentations Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments to meet quotas Continuously develop knowledge of products and industry trends to effectively serve clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older Valid drivers license required for regular client visits Ability to be in the field at least 75% of the time Completion of a background check after a conditional offer of employment Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near the 60th day of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED At least two years of relevant experience in sales or client relationship management Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills Experience with Pipeline lead management Incentive-driven sales approach with a professional demeanor
