About the Role This co-op position requires a 40-hour/week commitment Monday through Friday from January through June 2026, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, requiring either 3+ days/week in the office in Columbus, OH, or 1 day/week in Boston. Our team is dedicated to elevating the Immuta journey for all employees, and you'll play a key role in designing and implementing engaging events for our employees. Responsibilities
Co-design and execute a variety of employee engagement initiatives, including social, cultural, and wellness events tailored to a remote-first workforce. Facilitate program logistics and internal communications for learning, development, and internship programs. Support programming for employee recognition and diversity, belonging & inclusion efforts. Gather employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities and help shape future initiatives. Assist with ad hoc projects that are tailored to your interests, giving you a chance to dive into areas you're passionate about. We Are Looking For
Curious problem solvers who want to learn about employee engagement programs and utilize AI in our daily work Self-starters who can manage projects independently, with limited supervision Love collaborative work that intersects different teams within Operations and People & Talent Excited about implementing their creative ideas to improve existing work Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to bring people together in engaging ways Logistics
This is a 6-month co-op position requiring a 40-hour/week commitment from January through June 2026. We offer a hybrid work environment with two work location options: (1) Columbus, OH: 3 days/week in-office or (2) Boston, MA: 1-2 days/week in-office. $23-$28 an hour This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and help drive the employee experience within a growing startup organization with a globally distributed workforce.
