ServiceNow experience End user support experience Associated degree in an IT-related field Responsibilities
Two to three (2-3) years providing IT Infrastructure field support/ Desktop Support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements. Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptops and other computer peripherals hardware problems. Experience or ability to follow installation instructions in installing and troubleshooting desktop applications. Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand support under instruction based activities at sites. Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S. Basic Mac O/S support may need to be provided by certain FTEs. Client will identify any such need during the transition and communicate to Client the locations where basic MAC O/S support may be required in advance of the Go-Live Date. Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to: monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, all under Smart Hands capability which is primarily Hands & Legs support and only guided by L2 Team. Scaling heights or climbing ladders, roof etc will be out of scope for OSS team. Seniority level
