Are you a seasoned project manager with expertise in capital projects and the FEL process? Join our team to lead large-scale, complex projects in a heavy manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and strategic alignment. Responsibilities
Project Leadership
– Manage capital projects from initiation through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. FEL Process Expertise
– Oversee all stages of Front-End Loading (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) to drive strategic planning and risk management. Stakeholder Collaboration
– Partner with engineering, procurement, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Risk & Compliance Management
– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Budget & Schedule Control
– Maintain control over budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership. Vendor & Contract Oversight
– Manage external contractors and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Continuous Improvement
– Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree
in Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience
in capital project management. 4+ years
in construction project management. PMP ,
CAPM , or equivalent certification preferred. Strong knowledge
of the FEL process (FEL-1, FEL-2, FEL-3) and project life cycle. Proven track record
of managing $5M+ budgets in capital projects. Expertise
in engineering, manufacturing, and heavy industry processes. Proficiency in project management software
(MS Project, Primavera P6). Strong understanding
of industry regulations and best practices. Willingness
to visit construction sites & manufacturing plants as needed. Ability to travel
to project sites when required. Job Details
