Job Title

Job Responsibilities File/data management and HR compliance. Leave of absence documentation and tracking. Recruitment and compensation analysis. Benefits administration. Payroll processing until Payroll/Benefits Coordinator is recruited. Participate in employee relations and employee engagement activities. Prepare for and assist with new-hire onboarding, orientation. Assist with benefits programs, including annual open enrollment, and participate in benefits administration. Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotions, and employee benefits. Supports and promotes a positive work environment and culture, to improve employee engagement levels. Pick up other tasks as they come up Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field strongly preferred. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) will be a plus. Excellent communication and people skills. Aptitude in problem-solving. Strong attention to detail, goal oriented. Ability to use good judgment in sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be on time and adhere to attendance policy.
