Title: Credit Associate
Rate: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 and no OT
3 Must haves: 1-Familiar with A/R or collections is very important 2-Great time management and able to handle high volume of work and pressure. 3-Attention to detail is a must
2-3 Years Experience
Manages credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment and collections.
Provides communications to MAs (marketing associates), on customer accounts. Handles escalated collection accounts.
Performs regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
Makes recommendations on bad debt management.
Accounts set ups - Gathers and analyzes credit applicants' financial data to evaluate risk. Assesses creditworthiness of individuals and companies. Reviews, analyzes and approves or denies customer credit applications.
Support the Credit Manager and the finance department to ensure that customer (both internal and external) expectations and company goals are obtained.
