Job Title: Deskside Support Technician Location: Greeley, CO 80634 Mode: Contract || Long Term Job Description: Minimum 5 years of combined experience supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, hardware troubleshooting, Macs, Networking, Microsoft Intune, MFDs, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Office 365, and MS Teams. Experience with Azure MFA, desktop imaging, and strong customer service skills. Hardware, OS, and software troubleshooting; ability to write business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to develop business cases and think creatively within constraints. Teamwork, influence, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Support for escalations, root cause analysis, ticket resolution within SLA, quality standards adherence, knowledge base management, training, and coaching.
