As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be building long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations. We provide extensive training to equip you with product and industry knowledge, and you will learn digital marketing and sales skills by working with internal experts across product marketing and product management. This role is on-site in our Cleveland, OH office. Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE and market trends in the territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and provide solutions to help clients achieve goals. Travel – Build client relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of the office location. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B environments selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory Driving Record/Driving Abstract prior to start. Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company. Self-starter who can work within a team and independently.
