Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled

Mechanical Assembler II

with a strong background in heavy equipment, hydraulics, electrical systems, and vehicle maintenance. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting high-performance machinery used in industrial cleaning applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex mechanical systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.

As a senior-level assembler, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and may assist in supervising and training junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities: Assemble large-scale industrial cleaning equipment according to technical drawings, schematics, and instructions Integrate and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems during assembly Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to meet performance and quality standards Maintain tools, workstations, and overall shop cleanliness and safety Identify and report mechanical issues to supervisors and engineering teams Train and mentor Mechanical Assembler I team members as needed Operate specialized fabrication and assembly equipment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product designs Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with large or industrial equipment Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Good communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications:

Technical or vocational training in mechanical, automotive, or industrial systems Experience in vehicle maintenance or mobile equipment service Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a production environment Physical Demands:

Regular lifting of parts and tools up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
