Heavy Highway Project Manager
The Heavy Highway Project Manager will: Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil projects including earthwork, utilities, site development, roadway, and bridge construction Lead project scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and safety compliance Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to design, quality, and regulatory standards Prepare and review subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and public agencies Identify and mitigate project risks and support resolution of field issues Supervise project engineers, superintendents, and support staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
