Job Description
Lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and field teams to ensure project success Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change order management Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Mentor junior project managers and support staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in multifamily construction Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred What's on Offer
