As a
Collab: Tech Specialist , your goal is to
make technology approachable and engaging
while fostering an environment where people feel encouraged to
explore new ideas . Provide
exceptional visitor experiences , ensuring that every interaction is
welcoming, engaging, and meaningful . Help members and guests
navigate digital banking tools and emerging technologies , showing how they can
enhance their financial and everyday lives . Stay current on
new technologies, trends, and innovations , using this knowledge to
guide conversations and support visitors effectively . Act as a
connector , introducing visitors to
opportunities within the credit union and broader community
that align with their
needs and interests . Facilitate
discussions and experiences
that encourage
collaboration and problem-solving , empowering visitors to
share ideas and contribute to meaningful initiatives . Represent
Collab and Town & Country FCU
at
local events , fostering
partnerships and community engagement . Adapt quickly
to new challenges and maintain a
flexible approach
to helping visitors
explore different solutions . Education & Experience
One to three years of similar or related work experience. 2-year college degree, or completion of special certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendor, or job specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. Interpersonal Skills

by personal interactions. Strong ability to
explain digital concepts in simple, relatable terms
to individuals with
