We are seeking an experienced Amazon eCommerce Marketing Manager with a strong background in managing Amazon advertising campaigns and other digital marketing channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing initiatives across key eCommerce platforms. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing the customer journey, maximizing conversion rates, and developing strategic campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- eCommerce Strategy Development and Execution: Lead and execute Amazon advertising strategies, stay up to date on the latest Amazon advertising tips, techniques, and strategies, and develop, implement, and manage the Meta Ads and Google Ads marketing strategy.
- Customer Experience And Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction, and use data-driven insights to suggest and drive marketing initiatives across eCommerce channels.
- Product and Content Management: Collaborate with product, creative, and content teams to ensure that product listings, images, and descriptions are optimized for search and meet brand guidelines.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to drive continuous improvement, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Channel Management and Paid Advertising: Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to ensure a high ROAS.
- Customer Retention Programs: Implement customer retention strategies, including email marketing, and personalized experiences to increase repeat purchases, and develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon and other eCommerce marketing or digital marketing in multiple channels, demonstrated expertise in developing, launching, and scaling paid direct-to-consumer (D2C) advertising campaigns on Amazon, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Skills And Abilities: Proficiency in Amazon, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing and affiliate marketing, intermediate experience using Adobe Creative Suite, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights, strong project management skills, and experience building and sending email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
