Job Title: Testing Operator

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Testing Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality control tests on servers and ensuring all equipment meets operational standards. This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests following established SOPs and testing cycles.
• Configure and monitor servers/racks during each stage of the testing process.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and retest failed or hung servers; escalate issues when required.
• Document failure symptoms and coordinate with the debug team for resolution.
• Check out passed servers and prepare them for packaging.
• Maintain accurate records, issue timely reports, and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Keep test areas organized and compliant with ESD and 5S policies.
• Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer and electronics knowledge required.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English preferred.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
• Must be able to move between departments within the facility.
