Job Summary
Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company, creating a welcoming and professional environment and representing the company and its brand. Primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls promptly and courteously, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Professionally manage the front desk, greet and direct visitors, notify employees of arrivals, maintain the front desk and common areas in a neat and organized manner, and answer general inquiries (telephone, email, walk-in) to provide information.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, direct to the appropriate party, and provide information as needed.
- Receive daily mail, deliveries, and faxes as needed.
- Maintain supplies and assist employees with supply needs; re-order supplies to replenish inventory.
- Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, scheduling, maintaining inventories and databases, recordkeeping, and preparing letters or other communications.
- Assist with office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions, and other activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with M365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
Education/Experience
- High School Degree/Diploma or higher is desired.
- Office experience preferred.

Pay Details
The base compensation range for this position is $21 - $25. Placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
