Job Summary

Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the Receptionist is a first point of contact for the company with the importance to create a welcoming and professional environment, representing the company and its brand. This role has primary responsibility to manage the front desk through welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage the front desk, including greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, notifying employees when visitors arrive, and maintaining front desk and common office areas in a neat and organized manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, direct them to the appropriate party, and provide information as needed.
  • Receive daily incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes.
  • Help maintain supplies and assist employees with supply needs, including re-ordering as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar coordination and scheduling, maintaining inventories and databases, recordkeeping, and preparing letters or other communications.
  • Assist with office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions, and other activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication, positive interaction with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience collaborating in M365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint); experience with Applied Epic is a plus

Education/Experience

  • High School Degree/Diploma or higher is desired
  • Office experience preferred

Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $20 - $22. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
