LHH Recruitment is looking for an Accounting Manager to support our client's team in the Greater Nashville area!
  • Job Title: Accounting Manager
  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000/year

Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close processes, and compliance for our client's growing organization. This role will play a key part in driving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across accounting operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
