Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects including ceilings, drywall, framing, partitions, and insulation
  • Review architectural drawings, contracts, and specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Define project phases, deliverables, and milestones while tracking progress
  • Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals for clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets against actual project costs and address discrepancies
  • Order and schedule material deliveries while coordinating with suppliers
  • Select, bid, and manage subcontractors to maintain quality and schedules
  • Serve as main point of contact for owners, architects, and general contractors
  • Travel to job sites up to 25% for inspections, meetings, and project oversight
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and final project inspections
Project Manager Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings
  • Strong knowledge of proposals, bids, submittals, and change orders
  • Skilled in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial tracking
  • Ability to collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and general contractors
  • Proficient in estimating materials, labor needs, and change orders
  • Active driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related preferred; experience accepted
