We are hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role is ideal for someone with recent call center experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of healthcare insurance (a strong plus). A California Life and Health Insurance license is required (or must be obtained, we provide licensing support to the right candidate).

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from individuals inquiring about established healthcare insurance plans.
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient assistance.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
  • Document all calls and keep client records current.
  • Process documents and respond to emails according to company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in a high-volume call center.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance is a strong plus.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily with professionalism and care.
  • California Life & Health Insurance license or willingness to obtain with our support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

We offer a pay range of $21 - $24 per hour for this full-time position, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
