We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with dual licensure in Illinois and California to join our prestigious legal team. Job Details

Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters including Professional liability cases Nursing home defense Condominium disputes Elder abuse litigation General commercial disputes Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation from investigation through trial and appeal Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents Conduct discovery and depositions Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings Develop strategic case approaches and legal strategies Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Required Qualifications

J.D. from accredited law school Active bar admission in both Illinois and California 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience Experience in professional liability, healthcare, or elder law preferred Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills Strong negotiation abilities Commitment to superior client service What We Offer
