High-growth global biotech seeks a Senior Accountant to join its U.S. Controllership team, supporting R&D accounting and the U.S. close process. This hybrid role (Tues/Thurs in-office) reports to the Director of Accounting, and offers exposure across business functions. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Own R&D accounting for pre-clinical, alliances, and vendor contracts Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and flux analysis Support SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and internal/external audits Partner with finance/business teams and drive process improvements Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred 3+ years GL/accounting experience in U.S. GAAP environment Strong close, contract review, and analytical skills Oracle/SAP experience and biotech/pharma background a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to deepen R&D exposure while contributing to a mission-driven global organization.
