Acrisure is a global fintech leader providing customized solutions across insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity, mortgage services, and more. The Claims Advocate assists clients with reporting and monitoring claims, conducts initial reviews for coverage questions, and acts as a liaison between clients and carrier adjusters. Responsibilities
Report claims to carriers, confirm claim setup, and provide initial claim information with proper internal documentation Educate clients on direct reporting of claims to their carrier Respond to client and team inquiries promptly and professionally Participate in internal meetings to address client claim concerns and help plan resolutions Maintain proactive communication between clients and insurance carriers Generate claim status reports and data for client meetings or service teams Coordinate transmission of documentation for cargo, general liability, auto, and property claims with clients and carriers Deliver claim updates and reviews for clients as assigned Assist in creating and updating claim deliverables; facilitate claim resolution for clients Perform high-level claim and reserve reviews; provide summaries of open claims to the client team Assist in creating new client resource tools; participate in other duties as assigned Requirements
Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent people skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a hybrid team environment Strong organizational skills Education/Experience
High school graduate; college degree a plus 3 years of insurance industry experience preferred and/or AIC, CAWC or similar designation Physical Demands
Position entails sitting, talking, writing, reading, reaching, computer entry, and typing Occasional travel required with some overnight trips; reliable transportation required Benefits and Perks

Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $18 - $23 per hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate at the time of posting and placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
