The Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Team Leader for the Recovery In Shared Experience (RISE). RISE is a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) clinic funded by a Massachusetts grant to treat teens and young adults within the first three years of a psychotic disorder using the Navigate protocol. CHA has three hospital campuses and an integrated network of outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Malden, and Boston’s Metro North Region. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the RISE Medical Director to provide program leadership and oversee clinical care. Conduct intakes, evaluations, and referrals for adults and/or families with early psychosis and provide treatment. Work in a multidisciplinary team setting. Participate in teaching within CHA and other organizations. Supervise psychology interns, post-doctoral fellows, or social work interns and fellows (if applicable). Knowledge of NAVIGATE, RAISE, IRT, and/or CBT for Psychosis is preferred. Candidates must be independently licensed psychologists with at least 3 years of post-master’s/doctorate experience in mental health, including clinical and leadership roles. Experience with psychotic patients and familiarity with the Navigate Model of Care for First Episode Psychosis are preferred.
