Business Process Analyst 3 (Senior Supply Chain Analyst) Location:
Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite – Minimum 3 days per week) Site:
1050 Kifer Rd, Sunnyvale, CA Pay Rate:
$70 – $75/hr on W2 Interview Process:

The
Senior Supply Chain Analyst
will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions across
end-to-end supply chain planning processes . This position involves close collaboration with business operations, IT, and planning teams to identify process gaps, drive workflow improvements, and support system implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with supply chain operations and planning teams to understand pain points and gather use cases. Define comprehensive business requirements aligned with supply chain planning principles. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and visibility. Partner with IT to implement and enable new planning capabilities. Manage smaller enhancement projects as a
business project manager . Create and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, user requirements, UAT cases, and training materials. Facilitate
UAT, user training, and change management
activities. Investigate and resolve system issues in partnership with IT and business users. Support reporting, metrics, and data analysis for supply chain operations. Work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment . Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field. 7+ years
of experience as a Business/System Analyst in supply chain or manufacturing domains. Proven understanding of
end-to-end supply chain planning processes . Experience working closely with IT and business teams on planning software or ERP implementations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities. Notes
Onsite presence required at least
3 days/week
