This YC-founded company is reinventing how security compliance is achieved—automating frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 in days instead of months using proprietary AI infrastructure. With $32M raised and strong founder-led traction (including multi-year contracts with mid-market and enterprise customers), this team is now scaling go-to-market. You’ll work directly with the founding team to turn early wins into repeatable revenue growth. About the Role
This is a full-cycle closing role where you\'ll run outbound, lead discovery, conduct demos, close deals, and provide product feedback loops. You’ll be selling a mission-critical compliance product with a strong value prop: 10x faster implementation, clear ROI, and robust AI capabilities. The average deal size is $10K–$40K/year, and the customer base spans fast-growing tech companies to early enterprise. Expect to shape GTM from the ground up. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales motion from prospecting to close Build and manage a high-conversion outbound pipeline Deliver clean, confident demos and guide technical buyers through the evaluation process Collaborate with founders to iterate on messaging, verticals, and positioning Serve as a feedback loop between customers and product Help define early sales culture, playbooks, and metrics for scale What We’re Looking For
