Senior Electrical Automation Project Engineer / Engineer (PM) We are seeking a Senior Electrical Automation Project Engineer / Engineer (PM) to work in Milwaukee, WI, as part of the Technical Services and Support (TS&S) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling capital projects from $500k up to $20M. The role will work closely with the Brewery and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion. Additionally, this position will provide a high-level of optimization support to drive improvements in energy and water consumption. Responsibilities

Provides advanced project management expertise required to execute projects complying with the MolsonCoors’ project management philosophy (FEL) as well as all of MolsonCoors’ financial policies. Works with Consulting firms and Construction Managers to issue for construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction of the project. Identifies Value Engineering opportunities to make the project deliver the best solution at the optimal cost to the enterprise. Serves as Subject Matter Expert, supporting the Brewing Design PMs, Packaging Design PM’s and Utility Design PM’s for all electrical and automation scope on projects. Maintains the forecast of the project expenditure, provides Estimates at Completion, and delivers the project to the satisfaction of the customer. Travel up to 30%. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of Electrical Engineering. At least 6 years experience in sanitary food production environment and proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume packaging or process manufacturing environment. Expertise with Programmable Logic (PLC) or Distributed Process Control (DCS) systems. Proven ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Ability to take accountability for results and act with integrity and honor commitments. Benefits
