Hauppauge office Duties: Advise clients on legal matters involving divorce, custody, child support, and related family law issues Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide consistent case updates Negotiate favorable settlement terms and draft comprehensive settlement agreements Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings and trials Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and related litigation documents Assist in trial preparation and participate in strategy sessions Perform legal research and apply findings to case strategy Maintain an average of 35 billable hours per week Uphold professional and ethical legal standards Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in matrimonial or family law Ability to build trust with clients and foster collaborative team relationships Strong negotiation, litigation, and advocacy skills Excellent time management and organizational capabilities Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards Education:
