Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
You will be responsible for bagging 50-pound bags of ingredients and ensuring their integrity by running them through a sealer machine to prevent leaks.
Responsibilities
Bag 50-pound bags of ingredients efficiently.
Operate a sealer machine to ensure bags do not leak.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and general labor.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
6+ months of manufacturing experience within the last year.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with machine operation and packaging.
Forklift operation experience.
Preferred 2B Boilers License or greater.

Work Environment
Work in a dusty and smelly environment alongside 3-5 team members. The facility operates in close quarters, requiring jeans and a t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt. Upon completing several weeks, shirts with your name will be provided. Shift: 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) Monday through Friday. Overtime is required and may include 10-hour days, six days a week. There are times, especially around September, when work may be required 7 days in a row.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
