As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions. Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters to meet program goals. Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners including material availability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of materials (BOM), capacity readiness and transition plans. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. 4 years of experience in hardware operations. 4 years of experience in operations (e.g., supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, engineering) in technical companies with new product introductions. Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant field. Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role. Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations. Knowledge about typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes. Excellent communicator of project requirements and schedules with developed leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity skills, and business process improvement experience and capabilities.
