Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Compensation Specialist to join our HR team on a short-term assignment. This role will play a key part in implementing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies, policies, and programs. • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using salary surveys and internal data. • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers. • Lead annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary structure reviews. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation. • Prepare and present compensation reports and insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders. • Participate in compensation-related projects such as job architecture, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan design. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP certification preferred. • 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Manager notes** We are seeking candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in compensation, including strong skills in compensation administration and analytics. Prior project management experience is highly desirable, as it will support the effective coordination and execution of compensation-related initiatives.

Hours being 8am-5pm; Monday-Friday, 3 days in office and 2 days remote

When the manager is ready, he will be requesting 1-hour zoom interviews.
