As an
Integrated Management System Specialist , you'll ensure our management systems are aligned with business goals and fully integrated across quality, environmental, and health & safety areas. You'll partner with teams across the company to implement and maintain systems that are efficient, effective, and compliant with all regulations. Your work will help FGA consistently excel in audits and evaluations, making a real impact on our performance and reputation.
Minimum Qualifications: Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Strong integrity, accountability, punctuality, and polished appearance; able to maintain respectful and professional interactions while representing the organization. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration. 3+ years of experience developing and implementing management systems, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3, and ISO 45001. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities. Persistent and self-motivated to independently complete tasks. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and information management skills. Ability and willingness to maintain thorough and accurate documentation. Commitment to continuous learning and a desire to train and develop others. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration or engineering Experience in lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Experience in the automotive glass industry Experience in project management Experience in conducting internal audits Responsibilities:
Implement the annual audit plan, including system, process, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring timely completion. Manage all audit activities: scheduling, pre-audit preparation, kick-off meetings, execution, reporting, issuance of non-conformities, and verification/closure of corrective actions. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize and continuously improve the integrated management system and related processes. Deliver integrated management system training, including onboarding programs for new employees. Prepare monthly work reports, track personal KPI performance, analyze results, and pursue continuous improvement and individual excellence. Develop and maintain integrated management systems that align with business objectives. Ensure systems are effective, efficient, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Provide guidance and support to employees on system requirements and best practices. Skills:
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Ability to adapt under pressure Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training and support to employees. Solid knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), IATF 16949, automotive safety glass standards, and internal control standards. Familiarity with manufacturing principles and technological processes of automotive glass. Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including the Five Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems, and conducting internal audits to assess effectiveness. Knowledge of VDA 6.3 process audits, Lean Six Sigma principles, and 5S methodology. Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to proactively address and resolve problems. Familiarity with the company's quality policy, objectives, and commitments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
