Analyst, Supply Planning
to join our Supply Chain team. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role focused on supporting daily supply planning operations by ensuring accurate and timely inventory and material records. In this position, you will perform essential transactional tasks that keep our supply planning function running efficiently. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to track inventory movements, manage documentation, and resolve discrepancies within the system. Key Responsibilities Process consumption orders and accurately record supplier receipts Reconcile physical inventory with ERP system records Verify invoices against received goods to ensure consistency Monitor stock movements and update inventory for returns and inspections Identify and escalate data discrepancies or inventory issues Follow established SOPs under the direction of senior team members Support the Supply Planner by handling daily execution tasks, enabling focus on strategic initiatives What You'll Gain Foundational knowledge of supply chain planning and operations Hands-on experience with ERP and inventory management systems Cross-functional exposure to procurement, logistics, and quality teams A development path toward more strategic roles in supply planning Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic understanding of supply chain principles preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business applications A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
