Supply Planning Coordinator
for a
15 Month Contract opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst, Supply Planning to join our Supply Chain team. This entry-level, individual contributor position plays a key role in supporting daily supply planning operations by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory and material records.
In this role, you'll perform essential transactional tasks that enable the broader supply planning function to run smoothly. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to track inventory movement, process key documentation, and identify any discrepancies in the system
Responsibilities
Process consumption orders and log supplier receipts in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile physical inventory counts with ERP records Verify invoices against received goods to ensure alignment Monitor stock movements and confirm returned or inspected goods are correctly reflected in inventory Flag and escalate any data discrepancies or inventory issues Follow established processes and standard operating procedures under guidance from senior team members Support the Supply Planner by handling day-to-day execution tasks, freeing up time for strategic initiatives and process improvements Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of supply chain principles preferred Familiarity with ERP systems a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
