What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a technical software development strategy in the document management domain Act as the functional tech lead for the cross-functional product development team, ensuring quality and performance of solutions Collaborate with product managers, engineering team members, and customers to solve complex problems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team while influencing leadership at all levels Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams What is Required (Qualifications):
Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, or C# 10+ years of professional software development experience on large-scale distributed systems 8+ years of experience with architecture and design 6+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience building products with micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle Fluency in DevOps concepts and best practices in CI/CD pipelines Experience with application performance monitoring tools and performance assessments Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
