Uintah Conference Center Office Assistant

Manages the daily operations of the Uintah Conference Center. This includes a variety of administrative and financial tasks, as well as assisting in coordinating and facilitating a wide range of events from meetings and conventions to weddings, concerts, and the county fair.

You'll handle booking, client communication, and event logistics, while also managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general financial duties to ensure budget compliance.

Applicants must possess a High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Special Qualifications: Must be able to type 50 words per minute, along with the ability to lift at least 30lbs.

This full-time position offers $21.85 an hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
