Summary:
We are seeking a
Warehouse Associate
to support warehouse operations for one of our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely distribution of materials throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Shift: Monday - Friday ,
12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Pay:
$20.00 an Hour Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying counts, certificates of conformance, and purchase documentation. Accurately process and document outbound shipments, including packing, paperwork, and transport arrangements. Complete daily receiving entries in the computer system and maintain accurate inventory records. Physically count raw materials and complete tag controls. Deliver materials to appropriate areas as needed. Promptly unload deliveries and reconcile documentation. Distribute shipping documentation to the appropriate departments. Support year-end and random inventory audits. Use UPS/FedEx software for reporting and shipment management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Independently troubleshoot and solve practical warehouse problems. Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience operating
fork trucks and pallet jacks . Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Strong
mechanical aptitude
and basic math skills. Proficient computer skills required (experience with inventory systems preferred). Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions. Problem-solving ability and creativity in warehouse tasks. Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and reaching. Must be able to lift and move up to
50 lbs
independently. Active, physical work in a warehouse setting.
