New York Life Insurance Company is seeking managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success as a manager.

Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more Qualifications
Experience working in sales is required Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience Compensation
