Position: We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist / administration person full time.
The role is Monday to Friday. Hours 8.30 am - 4.30pm.
The Role:
The duties of the receptionist include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all phone calls are answered in a timely manner & screened to the appropriate team member. Training will be provided but the willingness to answer phone calls as they arrive is vital.
- Taking and recording messages to company process will be required
- Meet, greet and assist with the requirements of clients and suppliers
- Liaise with builders, sub-contractors & management
- Monitoring emails
- Job processing
- Assisting the Office Manager when required
- Scheduling appointments for Sales Reps
- General administration support
The Ideal Candidate:
- Confident multi-tasker who works well under pressure
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Must be able to handle high volume of calls
