14er is hiring for a Fulfillment and Inventory Specialist in the MIP department. The primary responsibility of the MIP Fulfillment and Inventory employee is to receive incoming orders and fulfill outgoing orders, while also maintaining and controlling inventory in the MIP.
Essential Duties
(other duties may be assigned as needed)
Fulfills orders created by the sales team and 14er retail store
Follows Marijuana Enforcement Division guidelines
Maintains 14er internal inventory tracking documents
Works with Wholesale and MIP managers to anticipate and coordinate any wholesale needs
Communicates with the 14er retail team and prepares and delivers orders to the 14er retail store
Outgoing orders
Picks, counts, tags and packages products for outgoing orders
Coordinates and schedules deliveries of Cannabis products
Prioritizes orders based on delivery date
Makes Deliveries as needed
Print waybills from Transport services
Wholesale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
Prints orders
Updated order statuses
Track return payments
Update shipping dates as needed
METRC Tracking
Creates METRC tags
Manifests orders
Receiving orders
Receive incoming deliveries
Receive and file manifests
Receive, count cash, checks, transfer cash and checks to store or Director of Sales
MIP Inventory control
Tagging finished product
Auditing inventory as needed
Adjusting inventories in METRC as needed
Assists with other MIP related duties or responsibilities as necessary
Assists with Post Production Fulfillment needs as necessary
Job Qualifications and Certifications
Physical Requirements
Ability to push, pull, or lift objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit, stand and/or bend over for extended periods of time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current MED Employee Badge holder
Exceptional attention to detail
Eligible to be a City of Boulder Keyholder
Flexible Schedule
Reliable transportation
Experience with Google or Microsoft Office suite
METRC Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Wholesale CRM platforms
Inventory Management Experience 1 year+
Sales or Customer service experience
METRC Experience 1+ years
Weekly Schedule
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Flexible depending on needs of the department)
Pay Rate:
$18.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience
